The Project Management department of Baspar Pey Iranian is responsible for guiding and leading all operational units of a project, as well as maintaining effective communication with the central office departments. This is accomplished through the presence of skilled and experienced project managers. The successful execution of more than one hundred large-scale geotechnical engineering projects within the designated timeframe and with high-quality performance has been the result of implementing effective project management principles at Baspar Pey Iranian. In this regard, the following management services are provided based on the PMBOK standard for all projects:

  • Defining the project scope and objectives based on technical specification and client’s requirement
  • Planning and organizing all operational procedures based on the project Time schedule
  • Enhancing team productivity through effective communication and management across all project disciplines
  • Budgeting, and cost management of the projects
  • Monitoring the quality management system and HSE management system.
